Founded in 1967 as Thomason, Crawford and Hendrix, the firm changed its name in 1982 upon the elevation of W. Frank Crawford to the Tennessee Appellate Bench. Of the ten largest law firms in Memphis, Thomason, Hendrix, Harvey, Johnson & Mitchell is one of the fastest growing. Through participation in national and international bar associations and organizations, the firm has established and maintains an active relationship with lawyers and law firms in most large American cities and in many foreign countries.
