Cancio, former Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, Harry R. Nadal, Jaime R. Nadal and Carlos M. Rivera joined efforts and legal experience with a shared commitment to excellence.

The Firm initially developed a real estate, insurance, banking and litigation practice. Five years later Arturo Díaz-Angueira, former United States Magistrate of the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico, joined the efforts and commitment to excellence of the founding partners.
