Since graduating law school in 1999, Robert Wilkins has had a substantial involvement in litigation arising from major catastrophes. In 2000, at the age of twenty-seven, Wilkins became the youngest partner of Pritchard Law Firm, PLLC. In just three years, Wilkins and the Pritchard Law Firm recovered millions of dollars for clients injured in 18-wheeler accidents, pharmaceutical cases, insurance fraud cases and negligent security cases.Robert Wilkins has also tried several high profile cases, including Belle v. Foremost Insurance Company in October 2002, when he helped recover a $300,000.00 jury verdict. In 2003, Wilkins was lead trial counsel in Virgie Hardy v. Bayer Corporation, and Billy Ray Slaughter v Bayer Corporation, which were the second and third Baycol cases tried in the nation. Currently, Wilkins is actively involved in litigation involving the May 16, 2002, Rouse Polymerics explosion in Vicksburg, Mississippi, that killed five innocent people.
