Immigration Law, in the context of employment, covers the admissibility of immigrants, i.e., persons who plan to become U.S. citizens, and non-immigrants into the U.S. as workers. Non-immigrants, or temporary entrants, can take advantage of the new immigration law and enter the U.S. as workers under employment visas, such as H Visas for temporary workers and R Visas for religious workers. Government investigators use a process known as I-9 verification to make sure that employers are not using undocumented workers, and ignoring the US Immigration Law. Please read on to find an immigration attorney, immigration lawyer, or to learn more about the new immigration law.
