Mr. Rockey has been practicing law for over forty years, having tried numerous patent cases, both bench and jury trials, in District Courts throughout the United States. He has also argued numerous appeals in patent cases in various regional circuits as well as the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. In addition, he has prosecuted patent applications before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and has represented various clients in several interferences. The other members have been practicing for more than fifteen years and have extensive litigation and prosecution experience as well.
