The Firm represents management in all aspects of labor and employment law, including representation in employment litigation in State and Federal Courts, in arbitration proceedings and in administrative proceedings before the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities as well as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. These matters have concerned sexual harassment, age, race, sex, disability and other discrimination claims as well as claims of wrongful discharge, breach of express or implied employment contracts, breach of restrictive covenants and misappropriation of trade secrets. The Firm regularly represents employers before the Federal and State Departments of Labor on wage and overtime matters.
