Firm Profile:
The firm focuses on the representation of individuals and entrepreneurs both in their estate and tax planning matters, and their general business matters. As to estate and tax planning work, Mr. Braun and Mr. Kruzel spent several years in Chicago practicing with both law and accounting firms before relocating to Arizona. In particular, Mr. Braun focuses on estate planning, with a unique emphasis on the representation of the migrating client including coordinating retirement benefits with their trust, income and estate plan. The firm also spends a considerable amount of time settling probate and trust estates, and handling the attendant will, trust and estate disputes.

Mr. Kruzel focuses his representation in the role of outside general counsel to the individual owner, operator, entrepreneur. In particular, he focuses on the business succession needs of their businesses, on planning for the growth and organization expansion needs of their businesses, and estate planning for the owner/operator. To the extent the firm is unable to address one of the specialized needs of the closely held business owner, the firm associates suitable specialists to address those particular needs.

E. Dennis Siler joined the firm as a member in November 2004. Dennis has been counseling families and business owners on estate and business planning matters for over 35 years.
